Michelle Kibel has been coaching for over a decade, driven by a deep calling to serve people in their growth. Her personal development journey began in 2009, when she first stepped into transformational classes as a student. Since then, she has been a lifelong learner — constantly studying, practicing, and evolving so she can show up at the highest capacity for those she serves.

Over the years, Michelle became known as an Executive Accountability Coach — helping visionary thinkers cut through the noise, see what’s standing in their way, and shift into aligned action that gets results. For more than a decade, she has worked with leaders, business owners, and high-level visionaries to bring their goals into reality.

And everything shifted when she became a mom.

For the first time, Michelle felt completely lost. She thought she knew who she was, but motherhood cracked her open and revealed parts of herself she hadn’t yet uncovered. Many evenings were spent searching, learning, and sometimes crying, as she worked to understand herself on a deeper level.

That’s when Human Design found her.

What began as curiosity quickly became life-changing. Learning that she is a Mental Projector was like turning on the lights — patterns that had never made sense suddenly clicked. When she explored the charts for her twin boys, she realized how different their energy types were from hers, and with that understanding, she began parenting with greater love, intention, and clarity.

For the first time, Michelle didn’t just know about herself — she knew herself in high definition.
